Hi, I’m Abby, the baker behind Little Bee Baking.
I’m a mom of four, and my love for baking started right at home in our own kitchen. What began as making birthday cakes for my kids slowly grew into baking for friends, family, and now—something bigger. Over the years, I’ve gone from experimenting as a beginner to discovering just how much joy a beautiful, delicious cake can bring.
One thing that makes my baking a little different is that most of what I create is gluten- and dairy-free. My husband eats this way, and I’ve seen firsthand how often people with food restrictions are left out when it comes to desserts. I love the challenge of creating allergy-friendly cakes and cupcakes that don’t just “work,” but that everyone at the table can truly enjoy.
For me, baking is about more than sweets—it’s about celebrating milestones, making memories, and sharing something special with the people you love. I’m so excited to bring that same care to your cakes and cupcakes.
